Staff Sgt. Jeffrey Ousley from Charlie Co., 1/398th REGT, 2/104th, assisted Soldiers during in-processing at the West Point USMA mission June 25, 2020 thru August 11, 2020.
The Drill Sergeants, overall, act as mentors for the young, new, cadet Soldier. They also assist training the new Soldier in: Basic Rifle Marksmanship, Physical Training, Land Navigation and dozens of other areas to prepare them for their future rolls as leaders.
